The IT department is open for all students before school 8am-8:45am, both lunch breaks and after school 3pm-3:15pm, Monday to Friday.

Staff Directory

Our Staff Contact List (PDF, 356KB) contains email addresses for all current staff. Email is the best form of communication intially with all staff. Appointments can be made following the intial enquiry should parents require a personal meeting.
If you have a general concern regarding your student, please contact firstly your student's Home Room teacher and the relevant Year Level Student Advisor (SA). If your concern is relevant to a subject, please contact the relevant Head of Department (HOD).

Student Absences

To inform the college of your student's absence, please call the absence line by 9am on the day of the absence.​

Alternatively, reply to the SMS sent by the college each morning.

When reporting a student's absence, parents/guardians should state the following:
  • parent/guardian's name who is reporting the absence
  • student's name
  • reason for absence
  • expected duration​

Office Hours 

Administration is open 8am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, during school terms only. Student services is open for all student enquiries 8:15am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday.

Update Student Records

Parent/guardians should complete the Update Student Records (PDF, 200KB) form for any change to student or parent personal details (including email, address, phone number, medical conditions). This form can be emailed to administration or handed to student services by the student.

Please complete the Departure Notice and return to if your student will be leaving the college.
