Enrolment steps
1. Confirmation of catchment residence
Check whether your address is within the college catchment area.
Pimpama State Secondary College is governed by an Enrolment Management Plan. Students living within catchment can enrol, while out-of-catchment applications may be considered where places are available.
Students who excel in academics, performing arts or sport are also encouraged to apply for an Academy Program.
2. Enrolment forms
Complete the enrolment pack and prepare all required documents.
Please complete the Request for Enrolment Pack and submit the pack either in person or via email to the enrolments team.
If scanned documents are too large to email, families should contact enrolments directly, as the college cannot download files shared through Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive and similar services.
3. College devices
Review bring your own device (BYOD) requirements before enrolment interview.
All students at the college use devices to personalise and enrich their learning experience.
Students bring their own device to school. The device must meet the college BYOD requirements outlined in the agreement information.
The college provides limited support for BYOD devices and does not offer hire or purchase options.
4. Student resource scheme
Complete the forms needed for curriculum resources and materials.
The Student Resource Scheme provides a cost-effective option for families to access required school items, including textbooks, resources, software, photocopying, consumables and materials.
Please bring completed forms with you to the enrolment interview.
5. Enrolment interview
Families will be contacted once documents have been received and reviewed.
Enrolment applications are processed when all forms and supporting documents have been submitted. Parents and carers will be contacted if the college is able to offer an enrolment interview.
