IT Services is open for all students before school from 8:15am, both lunch breaks and after school until 3:15pm, School days.

Staff Directory

Our Staff Directory contains email addresses for all current staff. Email is the best form of communication initially with all staff. Appointments can be made following the initial enquiry should parents require a personal meeting.

If you have a general concern regarding your student, please contact firstly your student's Pride Time teacher and the relevant Sub School Dean. If your concern is relevant to a subject, please contact the relevant Head of Department (HoD).

Update Student Records

Parent/guardians should complete the Update Student Records (PDF, 200KB) form for any change to student or parent personal details (including email, address, phone number, medical conditions). This form can be emailed to administration or handed to student services by the student.

Leaving the College

Please complete the Departure Notice and return to admin@pimpamassc.eq.edu.au if your student will be leaving the college.
