Awards Night 2023

2023's awards night will be once again held at the Highway Church in Ormeau.

Due to venue capacity limits, we are only able to offer two tickets per student receiving an award, however we will offer a waitlist for any additional tickets that become available after ticket sales close.

Time: 6:00pm for a prompt 6:30 start

Tickets

Tickets will be booked via Humanitix. Please note, you will need to use a unique student code to book tickets. This code may only used once and only to book two tickets.

Parents/Caregivers of Award recipients will receive their unique code to book their ticket via SMS, however the parent/caregiver is able to choose another attendee at their discretion (the person attending doesn't need to have received the SMS).

Ticket sales close at 11:59pm on Monday 6th of November.

Live Stream

If you are unable to make it, either due to capacity limits, or due to location, please join us via the Awards Night Live Stream below.

Rehearsal

To ensure smooth running of this event, the College will be holding a rehearsal at the Highway Church from 9:00am on the day of the event.

This is a compulsory rehearsal, and students are required to be in full formal uniform for both the rehearsal and event.

Students will be transported to the venue via bus and will return to school before 3pm.

Students receiving awards will meet on Friday November 3 during Pride Time to receive guidance on processes for the event, and will be given a permission and medical consent form for the rehearsal.
